At Island Kitchen we believe that our community of small farms in northeast Florida grows the highest-quality, freshest, and most sustainable products on the market. We source our produce, grains, and proteins locally whenever possible so that we can serve food that is good for body, community, and nature. The local farms with whom we partner employ traditional organic farming techniques alongside cutting-edge technologies like aquaponics to protect Florida's delicate environment. Our bowls, salads, and sandwiches are made fresh to order for a farm-to-table lunch experience that is fast, fresh, and approachable.
